In this course, you will learn a simple classification of drilling methods and techniques that is based on the "hole making" mechanism of each drilling method. You will then learn more about the drilling methods and techniques most commonly used in exploration projects. You will learn about the surface and downhole equipment that is commonly used and the limitations and applications of each drilling method and technique.
